1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Payment Requirements

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received in full.

1.2. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable. Please ensure you are certain of your travel plans before booking.

1.3. Booking Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your details carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

2. Cancellations, Transfers & Credits

2.1. Cancellation by Participant

  • More than 60 days before the retreat start date – Credit note issued for the full amount, valid for 6 months from the original retreat start date.
  • 60 days or less before the retreat start date – No credit or refund.

2.2. Credit Policy

Credits are:

  • Valid for 6 months from the original retreat start date.
  • Non-transferable to other individuals.
  • Only applicable to retreats of equal or greater value (any price difference must be paid).

2.3. Administrative Fee for Changes

A USD $200 administrative fee applies for any date change or credit transfer request.

3. Retreat Changes or Cancellation by Us

3.1 We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any retreat due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to low enrollment, force majeure events, or safety concerns.

3.2 If we cancel, you will receive a credit for a future retreat or, at our discretion, a refund. We are not liable for additional costs such as flights, accommodation, or other travel expenses.

4. Health, Safety, and Responsibility

4.1 You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate. It is your responsibility to seek medical clearance if required.

4.2 Participation is at your own risk. We accept no liability for injuries, illnesses, or losses. Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Participants are expected to act respectfully toward staff, facilitators, and fellow guests.

5.2 Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the retreat without credit or refund.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Your personal information will only be used for retreat administration, safety, and communication purposes.
